The 543 hectare farm is located in Val D'Orcia in the province of Siena in the municipalities of Montalcino and Asciano.
The land for sale of the Farming Val D'Orcia, carries out its activity in the homonymous village of the municipalities of Montalcino and Asciano, in the province of Siena in the area called "Crete Senesi" near the Benedictine Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore.
It is easily accessible either from the A1 motorway or from Siena (via Via Cassia or through the Via Lauretana panoramic road, notable for the spectacular views of the Crete Senesi).
The land is partly located in the Commune of Asciano and partly in the Municipality of Montalcino for a total area of ??543 hectares 62 and 25 centiare and are broken down by quality of cultivation according to the following scheme:

About 300 hectares of arable land nearly 200 are of excellent quality with yields always between 30 and 40 ql. per hectare while fully managed with contractors.
In the pastureland, some 430 sheep have been raised in the past; the land especially in the wooded area is ideal for breeding pig breeding.
There are 130 acres of forests, cut, and about 30 hectares of olive groves (where there are 1,000 olive trees).
Along the torrent Mabbione and the other small tributaries there are precious white truffles of the Crete Senesi; the company has now extended control over approximately 6 hectares of natural truffle, with regular concession in the reserve.
An artificial invasion, created to feed the livestock, is located near the farm and other small invasions located on the farm
The Province of Siena is currently planning the creation of an artificial fire pond within the company.
The company is already served by an electric line.
There has never been an Environmental Improvement Plan, therefore there is the possibility of requesting significant volumes in service of agricultural activities as provided by the current rules in force.
Both farmland and residential buildings are largely unproductive, but in precarious maintenance conditions and partly in derricks, they have all the prestige characteristics in terms of structure, location and access that make them unique in panorama of the Crete Senesi.
The center of the farm and the farm Asciano and Montalcino, have access directly from the Provincial Road that leads from Montalcino to Asciano or Siena.
The business streets are dirt and require maintenance, but they are still viable.
Buildings and land are free from mortgages and the company does not have any bank exposure.
